(6-month Partnership)
This is my signature coaching package for leaders ready for a deeper shift in how they lead.
Over six months, we work on the patterns shaping how your team experiences you and responds to you. Together, we focus on building the trust, buy-in and influence that help you achieve results through other people, especially in times of change.

This package is designed for leaders navigating a specific leadership challenge that needs attention now.
You may be stepping into a new role, leading a difficult initiative, managing resistance, working through a team dynamic that is affecting momentum or responding to signals that your team is not fully with you.
In this focused coaching partnership, we work on the real-time situation in front of you. Together, we clarify what’s happening, identify what may be getting in the way and strengthen how you lead through that moment so you can respond with more trust, alignment and traction.
This package is a fit if you need support with a defined challenge rather than a broader leadership shift.
Frequency: 45-minute sessions every two weeks.
Focus: A clearer, more effective response to a specific leadership challenge.
